What pushes the price up
- Height. Two-story and steep roofs take more time and more safety gear.
- Length and corners. More feet, more corners and more downspouts mean more material and labor.
- Size and material. 6-inch gutters, larger downspouts and copper cost more than 5-inch aluminum.
- Rotten fascia. Wood behind the gutter often has to be replaced first.
- Premium guards. Micro-mesh systems cost more than screens or inserts.
- After storms. Demand spikes after big weather, and so do wait times.
